Shipping
- We shipping with the carrier that is the cheapest cost
for your area.
- There is No additional charge to ship to a Residential.
- You can request a Shipping Company (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) at your
expense.
- We do have a starting Flat Rate of $6.00 for any box or Legal Envelope.
- As the weight and size goes up so does the price.
- We do quote you a price once your order is totaled.
Returns
- If we send the wrong part and you send us your part back
with the wrong parts, we will at that time correct the order or Refund you
your money if we don’t have this part.
- There are no returns on electrical Parts.
- We make it our goal to make sure that you get the correct part the first
time. So please have your unit information ready or the part you are
replacing there with measurements.
- Our Policy is NO REFUNDS ON ANY THING, But we will work to correct the
reason for the return.
- Parts Exchange are possible with proper paper work. (Note it’s only on
some items).
- No RETURNS or credit for labor cost already incurred.
